Get a Tornado Storm Safe Shelter – We are excited that you have chosen Storm Safe Shelters as the company to provide you and your family with an underground storm shelter. There are a couple things we need to take care of below and then we can get started.

Step One: Download Contract

The first thing we need to receive from you is a signed contract. You can either complete the contract online or download the contract by clicking on the “Download Contract” button below. If you download the contract, after you have filled it out completely, you can scan and email it back to our office at [email protected]. If you are paying by check, simply include it with your payment when you mail it in. IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER ANY ONE OF OUR STORM SHELTERS IN THE TALL SIZE, PLEASE SPECIFY IN THE “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” BOX OF THE FORM.
